This AP firmware release addresses CloudManager reporting issue.
We went live just three weeks ago. All (three) are on 184.108.40.206.44 (x1’s and x0).
When running reports, only data of one AP is in the report.
So, issue is still there?
We have 3 Xi-1 APs. we kept getting an alert that one would not be checking in. I checked for a firmware update, the 220.127.116.11 was available and said that it specifically was for this issue. I did the upgrade. Now only one is checking in and the other 2 are down. They are working, but will not check in to the cloud manager at all.
I updated about 10 ap/s on the weekend to latest firmware, now they are all reporting offline I have confirmed that they are running just not updating status in the manager, any ideas?
Rebooting them did the trick for me. Seems only update is not enough. After that reporting was also fixed.
