Reports seem to be empty. It sees my Access Point, but nothing else. Is this a new feature?

Apologize, we have identified the root. We will be releasing the fix in the coming weeks.
It seems that I've the same issue. Since some weeks, reporting I receive from cloud.xclaimwireless.com are empty.
I can see SSID, but no data about Xclaim antenna, client ....
Somebody knows how to join Xclaim support team ?

The weekly report will only show the APs which are upgraded to the latest AP firmware (18.104.22.168.44).
Can you please confirm if all your APs are in the latest firmware version?
