We had a unit go bad at a client site, Sent it back FOR RMA and got a replacement. Plugged it in and got a blinking green then blinking red. Need help getting this setup ASAP since it took 2 months to get the RMA unit replaced.
Blinking RED indicates that AP is not able to reach the Cloud? Are the ports open?
