AP Claimed by a Previous by someone else

Hi All
so I bought a secondhand Xi-3 on ebay (I know, I know!) so I'm trying to add the ap to my cloud manager and as the title above states the ap is clearly still on another cloud manager account. does anyone know how I can reset this and take ownership of it?

Let the previous owner delete it in his own cloudmanager. Else you need take a photo of the acces point and ask the xclaim support to delete it in all clouds.
