Need to reset ownership claim in cloudmanager.
Our company moved the end of last year and the complete IT-installation was renewed, making our Xclaim AP Xi-3 redundant for our guest network.
I wanted to give it a second chance, but no one remembers the email or password it was registered with on the cloud, rendering it more or less useless. We can still logon to the ap with the previous installed credentials, be we are unable to change them because we can't log into the cloud and we can't start over because ownership has been claimed previously.
Is there a way to reset everything so I can start over as if the Xi-3 came out of the box ?
