Xi-3 red led flashing, no connection with cloudmanager

Since about a week my Xi-3 led is flashing red. Today I wanted to login to cloudmanager and see what is wrong. It seems cloudmanager cannot connect to the Xi-3 (says it's offline). Internet (WiFi) is working fine throught the Xi-3. I tried rebooting twice but still flashing red. What to do next?

    AP LED in blinking red indicates that the AP has received an IP address but is unable to reach CloudManager via the internet. This usually indicates an internet connectivity issue. Also , if you have a firewall in your network, please allow SSL(TCP 443) , ICMP and NTP (UDP 123) traffic to passthrough. These 3 ports need to be opened on both ways to ensure that the AP communicates with CloudManager and vice-versa.
