Hello, I went to Xclaimcloud manager, but probably there are some registrations wrong. In cloud manager rhe Is there a possibility to re-connect/register to the AP, because probably there is something wrong.

Can you let us know the error you are seeing?
The serialnumber looks acceptes, but the AP will not turn green, just the red mark, and also no MAC-address is listed from it. The AP is running in my network, but propably I do not have (anymore) the correct login for it. I think I have a double registration. But the registration for resetting and so one, is forgotten?
AP LED in solid red indicates that the AP has not received the IP address from your DHCP server.
You can reset the AP by holding the reset button for 10 seconds.
You cannot add an AP if the AP is already registered with another/same Cloudmanager account.
Please direct message the serial number of the AP. We can find out the account to which this AP is currently registered to.
You can later reset the password for that account and start using it.
