Xi-3 latency and timed out problems


I recently installed a Xi-3 to a restaurant in order to have to SSID's on two diferent VLANS. one for the customers wifi and one for the Order system (using a windows server and android devices).
I have a huge problem..
At first i had frequently disconects to the mobile devices. Sometimes i could see the signal on my phone ok but on a my wifi tester(Fluke AirCheck), it was instantly loosing the signal and back again.
I disabled the 5GHz frequency and it get better but still had problems.
The ping latency was going crazy..
and sometimes the devices couldnt get the packets at all.
This problem creates a big problem to my Orders system.
of course i tried with diferent devices and with an other AP(other brand and way cheaper, and it worked fine).

Is there something i can try to make it work with the xi-3? any settings? Is the AP faulty?

    Hello @Zaoar,

    Can you please set the 2.4 and 5GHz channels to a static value and check?

    i always set static channels on the xclaim AP, so that wasn't the problem.

    so lets start from the begin.

    first of all i have created 2 networks on my router and i am using a trunk port to connect to the xi-3. untaged orders taged id=16 resto

    xi-3 has the latest firmware and i have created two SSID's the first one is "Orders" and it has client isolation offf and tag id= 1(default)

    and the second one is "resto" with client isolation on and tag id 16.

    the AP gets its IP form the orders dhcp

    at first i was using both 2.4 and 5 ghz frequencies.

    So in both networks, clients were frequently disconected. ping responses was over 300ms and sometimes the requested had no answer.

    i tried:

    changing chanels
    turning off 5gz
    turning off client isolation

    nothing worked.
