ip blacklisted??

Hi,

we have a question:

aps outgoing from an ip can´t contact with Xclaim cloud. If they outgoing from another ip, they can do.

Have you any kind of blacklist or firewall blocking certain ips? If yes, when an ip goes into that blacklist?

    Hi @priorgame ,

    We do not block/blacklist any IP addresses in Cloudmanager. Please check if you have opened the SSL(TCP 443) , ICMP and NTP (UDP 123) ports on both ways for this subnet in case if you have a firewall. This is required for the AP to communicate with the Cloudmanager and vice versa.
