For some reason my ap goes offline in cloud manager. After power off and power on ap it show online in cloud manager. But after few hours it again goes offline in cloud manager.

Kindly let us know the AP model and please check if the AP is running the latest AP firmware version (188.8.131.52.29). If not, please upgrade the AP to this version by connecting this AP to the internet and rebooting it twice with a gap of 10 minutes between each reboot.
All my access points are on firmware version 184.108.40.206.29

Our sincere apologies for the issues with Xi-1. Our complete team is debugging and working on this issue. We will keep you posted once we get more information.
Our Xi-1 APs also have this issue, and only show as online occasionally. All are on 220.127.116.11.29. We regularly receive mails that AP is offline. During the reported offline period we find that Apple devices cannot connect, but Android devices stay connected if a connection was established before going offline. At times all devices are online. but generally at least one is offline.
This issue has been a problem for several months now. Unfortunately we now have to look for alternative AP's as Xclaim don't seem to be able to resolve the issue satisfactorily.
I have the same issue, however, I don't have an Xi-1 but an Xi-3 !!
After rebooting, the AP goes offline in cloudmanager after an hour or so, and the led on the AP starts blinking red.
The problem occurred when I upgraded to firmware version 18.104.22.168.29
Is there anything I or you can do?
Hi I am having same issue with 3 AP Xi-1 showing offline in the cloud and working OK in the Apartment with firmware 22.214.171.124.29 what is the recommendation for solving this issue.
