Lost SSID

An old network I setup and subsequently removed is still alive in the APs. It is no longer listed in Cloud Manager, yet the APs are broadcasting the SSID. Before I reset both the APs is there any way to remove them by SSH'ing into the AP or forcing a configuration refresh? Is there a chance this is a bug in Cloud Manager not listing the SSID?
