AP never shows up cloud manager
We have about 20 AP's deployed at our client base of small business clients. We've been replacing Ubiquiti AP's over the last 6 months or so and really like Ruckus / Xclaim. A typical client for us gets 1 - 2 AP's. We LOVE the multi-tenant cloud manager.
At our most recent install, we're trying to get an Xi-1 setup for a new client. I've let it sit for 5 minutes, then rebooted it... about 10 times. I verified that the serial number is correct in cloud manager, there's a DHCP server on the network etc. but it never shows up.
What should I do?
