I have 2 AP want to connect to cloud manager. I have add AP but still show offline. My AP is using version 18.104.22.168.68 and my AP light show green. Any idea how i can connect my AP to cloud manager.
Can you try doing a factory reset on the AP by pressing the reset button for 8 seconds ?
After i reset the AP is show online now,
But why i can't see my SSID ?
Have you assigned the SSID's to the AP ? Follow the below steps to assign the network/SSID to the AP

Reset may not be needed in all cases unless AP gets into a bad state and is not able to communicate with the CloudManager.
