AP Claimed by Someone Else

I have an AP that I was able to remove from my cloud manager account. I let my co-worker use the one I deleted because we are reviewing them as a partner of yours. He is unable to add it to his account as well. I also tried to add the AP in our Xclaim Cloud MSP portal and I was still unable to add it. I get the error in the MSP, 'the AP has already been added'. Please reset this AP so he can add it to his portal. Thanks

The last four of it's SN is 4445
