Somehow writing to you from an "OFFLINE" AP...

wrichwrich Member Posts: 1

I am connected to this AP on my HP laptop with no problem but somehow the AP is offline per the attached pic. I have reset, rebooted, power cycled, and everything else under the sun. I've toggled between the open and WPA2, hidden and broadcast SSIDs, etc, etc, and none of the updates seem to be reflected (also tried rebooting , etc after these changes and got nothing). Whats the deal here? Is it really that buggy? This definitely cannot be implemented on a large scale if I cant count on the updates to get rolled out.

Also about 50/50 with iOS devices associating.

Is this a widespread problem? Not a great first experience.

    Hello @wrich,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. This could be because of the AP running an older firmware version. Can you please reboot the AP twice with a gap of 10 minutes between each reboot? This should upgrade the AP to the latest version.

Once this is done, can you please try again?

    Regards,
    Vybhav
