We will be releasing a fix for this ASAP. The issue is the misleading error message. You will see this error message when the email id is already used to create a MSP or tenant account. For now please use a different email id to create a tenant.
Do you have other way to solve this issue?

After i reset the AP is show online now,
But why i can't see my SSID ?
Have you assigned the SSID's to the AP ? Follow the below steps to assign the network/SSID to the AP
Can you try doing a factory reset on the AP by pressing the reset button for 8 seconds ?
If you are an MSP (Managed service Provider) and managing multiple customer accounts, we recommend using MSP feature. Please go ahead and sign up for your MSP account http://www.xclaimwireless.com/msp.
Please factory reset the AP by pressing the reset pin for 8 seconds and configure the AP in the CloudManager. Please don not use Harmony If the AP is configured in CloudManager.
We don't have the feature to disable the LED's on the AP's. We will consider this feature in the future releases.
